- 1.The Company has assigned departments or managers in each department to ensure that the individual information of customers (“personal information”) is handled appropriately.
- 2.When personal information is provided by customers, the purpose of use is defined to the extent possible, the appropriate department is communicated to the customer in advance, and information is obtained only within the necessary scope of use.
- 3.The Company shall properly manage personal information provided by the customer, and shall not provide or disclose it to any third parties whatsoever without the customer’s consent.
- 4.The Company shall conclude a contract with the companies that personal information is provided to upon consent of the customer according to item 3 above that requires them to properly manage customer personal information, prevent leaks, and re-provision to third parties.
- 5.The Company may provide information on our services or affiliated products, services, etc., that we think are beneficial to the customer via email, post, or telephone. The customer may cancel or resume such provision of information according to a method established by the Company.
- 6.If the customer wishes to review or amend their personal information, they may contact the Company, which will accommodate the request swiftly within reason.
- 7.The Company shall observe applicable laws, regulations and rules on personal information in our possession and review and improve handling of the above items as appropriate.
