Dress Code & Course Etiquette

Mandatory

While using the Shido Country Clubhouse, course, and other facilities, we ask that members respect the Club’s dignity and traditions, and follow the articles of incorporation, bylaws, regulations, rules, course etiquette, etc. Members are responsible for all of their visitor’s actions, and we ask members inform their guests of rules, course etiquette, etc. Please note that any infractions of rules may result in a warning and the member and their visitor may be asked to leave the premises.

Dress Code

Clubhouse dress code (when arriving and after playing)

• ・Please wear a blazer except during summer (August).
• ・Please refrain from tops that can be mistaken as a t-shirt and tops whose hem is too short to be tucked in.
• ・Please refrain from jeans (denim or material that is similar).
• ・Please refrain from gaudy clothing.
• ・Please refrain from sandals, etc.

Course dress code (while playing)

• ・Shirts must have a collar and sleeves. Also, please tuck in your shirt.
• ・Please refrain from jeans (denim or material that is similar).
• ・Please refrain from sweatshirts, jerseys, and other garments that can be mistaken for such.
• ・Please wear golf shoes with soft spikes. Metal spikes are not allowed.
• ・Please refrain from playing in non-golf shoes.
• ・Please do not wear a towel around your shoulders or waist.

Restaurant and bar dress code

• ・Please refrain from wearing rainwear, and garments such as undershirts on their own, hats, sandals, and slippers.
